What if I provide the wrong shipping address:
if your order hasn't shipped yet: Please email us immediately @ Beyondbelliebeadz1@Gmail.com with your order number and the correct address.
We can easily update the label before it heads out the door!
If your order has already shipped: Unfortunately, once a package is in the hands of the USPS, we cannot change the delivery address.
If the package is returned to us: We will contact you as soon as it arrives. You will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to send it out a second time to the correct address.
If the package is delivered to the wrong address: We recommend reaching out to the residents at that address or contacting your local post office. At this time, Beyond Bellie beadz cannot offer refunds or free replacements for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
When will I receive my order once it is placed?
We know you're excited to start your next creative project! Your total wait time is made up of two parts: Processing Time: It typically takes 1–3 business days, carefully pack your order and get it ready for shipment. Shipping Time: Once your package is with the USPS, it usually takes an additional 3–5 business days to arrive at your door, depending on your location. Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their beautiful bead supplies within 5–8 business days. Please note: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your craft room!

How do I care for my paper bead jewelry?
While the beads are sturdy once rolled, they are still paper. To keep them looking beautiful for years, avoid getting them wet (remove before swimming or showering) and store them in a dry place.
